Topics for remaining classes

As promised (or threatened) I want to ask what kinds of topics you would like covered in our remaining classes together (December 8 and in January)  I have some material prepared but would like some feedback on what you all might find interesting and do that as much as possible.

If you have a preference then let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, preferably by this weekend! Write me by email or leave a comment here:

Here are some of the options:

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) : This would look at some of the history, theory and practice of this intriguing field. Would go into some of the techniques used as well as look at some of the practical applications.

PUAs, the manosphere and the ongoing cyberwar between the sexes: This would be cover such topics as current state of male and female relations in the US (and UK to some extent) and the factors shaping them including, but not limited to:
-          hookup culture (where long term relationships are not desired as both men and women look for very short term relationships)
-          the evolving effects of feminism on the behavior of women, and men, in the the US and UK
-          male responses to modern courtship
-          men going their own way (MGTOW – men who boycott marriage, family formation and even careers)
-          the Sex and the City lifestyle many women have embraced and the consequences

Conspiracies: A survey of non-traditional media and the theorizing that goes on behind them. Would concentrate on those who make unbelievable claims (and then are at least partially proven right).

Americana : This would focus on the realities of American life (which is often very different from what Polish  people imagine). The emphasis would be on things well known in the US but which are not so well known (or completely unknown) in Poland.

Working world : Current topics on work, the workplace and communication.

Student's choice : If there's a topic you're especially interested in then let me know.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

.. Don't let this be me!
